Volunteering at the Green Festival on November 17th and 18th at the Los Angeles Conventention Center (1201 S. Figueroa Street, Los Angeles) directly constibutes to an event that promotes social justice and environmental responsibility in Southern California and around the world.
Green Festial volunteers are key to this event! You become a "green ambassador," assisting Green Festival attendees/exhibitors and also taking back you experience to your home, school, and community. You also will get free access to the festival all weekend, an event t-shirt, free membership to Global Exchange (http://www.globalexchange.org/) and Green America (http://www.greenamerica.org/), and free snacks.
