DISCUS COMPETITION INFORMATION:
Discus competition will be held on Wednesdays (LBCC) at 3:00 p.m except where specified as follows:

Minimum personnel and equipment requirements for hosting Discus competition:
*Event Judge - ( Can be host school coach )
*Marking and measuring - Four individuals are needed to assist.
*Tape measure, broom, markers, towels, clipboard, pencils, yellow rope to outline the Discus vector (see Coach Volkoff) and 16 event cards.
Discus Event Order:
Varsity Boys, Varsity Girls, JV Boys, JV Girls and F/S Boys.
